To secure your date, we require an upfront deposit. Please review our rates below:

Before booking, please keep these key policies in mind to ensure a smooth event:
Payment Method: All payments must be made in cash or cashier's check. Personal checks are not accepted.
Payment Deadline: Full payment of the rental balance is due at least 10 days prior to your event.
Alcohol Policy: Strictly no outside alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through VFW Post 3764.
Cleanup: Renters are responsible for removing all personal property, decorations, and trash at the end of the event.
Minors: All minors attending the event must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Event Conduct: If law enforcement is called to the premises or if the event becomes disorderly, the function will be terminated immediately, and all monies paid will be forfeited.
No Commercial Activities: No raffles, games of chance, or merchandise sales are permitted during the event.
